mix all yeast with abit of lukewarm water and the sugar. Add some flour to make the base for raising the bread
Mix all flour with the salt water and the oil
Mix previous step with yeast part in a dough mixer and let run for 10 minutes
Hit the dough so all air is taken out and kneed into a ball. Let it raise under a cloth to double the size.
Hit the dough again and kneed & roll into two standard loafs
heat oven in preparation for bakin.
let rise in the breadform until double in size again.
place tray with water in the bottom of the oven and place the tins in the middle on a rack for 45 minutes.
drop the bread on a rack to cool and baste with a brush with water.
for best result let rest for 1hour
